David Graham – Director

David Graham is Director of the business. He provides all financial advice to clients. Prior to setting up Finance Matters (NI) in 1999, which he subsequently incorporated into Finance Matters (NI) Ltd in 2006, David worked as a Financial Planning Manager within Northern Bank's Independent Financial Advice Division, and before that for Scottish Widows in a variety of advisory roles.

David holds a number of academic and professional qualifications, including that of Honours Graduate in Economics, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Fellow of the Society of Financial Advisers (an advanced qualification within financial services, gained by examination). As a result, he is qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner, which gives him high level expertise in the areas of personal investment planning; business financial planning; investment portfolio management; pensions; pension investment options; taxation and trusts; long-term care, life & health protection and mortgages.

He is one of very few Independent Financial Advisers within Northern Ireland with this level of qualifications and experience.

Claire Perry – Office Manager

Claire joined Finance Matters (NI) in 2004.  Her financial services experience is considerable, including positions held with Northern Bank Financial Services, Standard Life and Bank of Scotland (Ireland).  Claire controls the administrative and financial systems within Finance Matters (NI) Ltd.
